Please read these terms carefully before booking a lesson. These terms cover driving lessons. Gramercy Green Light has its own Green Light Terms.
Students must present a valid learner's permit or driver's license during their initial lesson.
Gramercy Driving will refuse to give a lesson if a student appears impaired by alcohol or drugs.
Students who need corrective lenses to drive are responsible for bringing them to every lesson.
Students must communicate any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their ability to drive.
Lesson fees must be paid in advance, before instruction begins.
Gramercy Driving does not issue refunds for lessons already taken.
All lesson packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gramercy Driving reserves the right to terminate lessons without refund in cases of abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
By participating in lessons, students acknowledge that they may be recorded for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
Students waive any right to payment and grant Gramercy Driving the right to use any content captured without remuneration.
If you submit any content to us — including photos, videos, written reviews, testimonials, or messages sent through our website or forms — you grant Gramercy Driving a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and share that content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes, including on our website and social media. You confirm that you own or have the right to share any content you submit, and that it does not violate any third party's rights. You may ask us to stop using specific content by contacting us; we will honor that request going forward, though content already published or shared may not be immediately retrievable.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and will take place in New York, New York, or another mutually agreed location. You and Gramercy Driving each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. Any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only, not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Gramercy Driving may modify these terms at any time, with advance notice to students.
By participating in lessons, students confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
