Green Light Terms and Conditions

1. Who We Are

Gramercy Green Light is run by Gramercy Driving, 33 Irving Place, New York, NY ("we", "us"). "You" means the person or business that buys the program.

2. What You Get

Green Light is a 4-week on-camera coaching program. It runs Monday to Friday, for 20 program days. It includes:

20 short daily video lessons. Editing of the videos you film for the program, sent back ready to post. A 1-on-1 video call on each program day. A posting plan for after the program ends.

Your program starts on the start date we agree on after you pay.

3. Price and Payment

You can pay $2,500 in full, or make 4 weekly payments of $650 ($2,600 total). Prices are in US dollars.

On the weekly plan, the first payment is charged when you sign up. The other 3 are charged to the same card once a week. The plan ends by itself after the 4th payment. It is not a subscription.

If a weekly payment fails, we may pause the program until it is paid.

4. Cancelling and Refunds

You can cancel any time. We refund work we have not done yet. We do not refund work we have already done.

To cancel, email info@gramercydriving.com. Your cancellation counts from the day we get your email.

Each program day is worth 1/20 of the price you paid. A program day counts as done once it has started, whether or not you filmed, sent a video, or joined the call that day. Days that have not started yet are work not done, and we refund them.

Example: you paid $2,500 in full and cancel after day 5. Days 1 to 5 are done and not refunded. Days 6 to 20 are not done, so you get back 15 × $125 = $1,875.

On the weekly plan, we cancel any payments still to come. If you already paid for days that have not started, we refund those days.

If you cancel before your program starts, you get a full refund. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 10 business days.

5. Calls and Your Schedule

We set call times together. If you need to move a call, tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we will try to find another time that day. A call you miss without notice is not made up.

6. No Guaranteed Results

We teach and support you, but we cannot promise views, followers, leads, clients, or income. Results depend on you, your business, and things outside our control, like how social media apps show videos.

7. Your Videos

You own the videos you film, and the edited versions we send back. You can use them any way you like.

We use your videos only to run your program. We will not post or share them as examples or in our marketing unless you say yes in writing.

8. Our Lessons

The lessons, scripts, plans, and other materials we give you are ours. You can use them for your own business. You may not copy, share, or resell them.

9. What You Post

You decide what to post, and you are responsible for it. That includes following each app's rules, any rules for your type of business, and making only true claims about your services.

10. If We End the Program

We may end your program if you are abusive or threatening toward us. If we end it, we refund the program days that have not started, the same way as in section 4.

11. Limit of Liability

As far as the law allows, the most we will owe you for any claim about the program is the amount you paid us for it. We are not responsible for lost profits or other indirect losses.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the program shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, and will take place in New York, New York, or another mutually agreed location. You and Gramercy Driving each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. Any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only, not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The terms in place when you paid are the ones that apply to your program.

15. Agreeing to These Terms

By paying for Gramercy Green Light, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
